Pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 102, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Gholson will conduct a public hearing at Gholson City Hall Pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 102.007, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Gholson will conduct a public hearing at Gholson City Hll located 749 Knust Circle, Gholson, Texas 76705 on the 31st day of August, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. on the Tax Rate Adoption Hearing for October 1, 2026 thru September 30, 2027.

This meeting will be open to the public.  Any person shall have the right to be present and to speak for 3 minutes.  Following the discussion, consideration the Gholson City Council may vote on the adoption of the resolution 08312026 LEVYING A TAX RATE OF THE CITY OF GHOLSON, TEXAS FOR THE TAX YEAR 2026-2027.
